No dispatching experience is needed, the course starts from zero. You need B1 English and basic computer skills.

Can I get a refund?
Full refund until the end of the first week. After that we agree individually based on the remaining lectures.
What if I didn't manage to learn in 8 lessons?
In 3 years, a problem like this has never been the fault of the 8 lessons. If a student attends all 8 lessons and also reviews the covered material at home, not learning comes down to a minimum. However, everyone has personal reasons in life, and if you still didn't manage to learn in these 8 lessons, the covered material will always be available to them in the chat, and they can always review it and take retraining for the certificate completely free of charge.
